- Use the service to host, transmit, or distribute illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without explicit permission.

Your content
Images, palettes, and color values you provide to the service are processed in your browser and are not stored on our servers. You retain all rights to your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any image you upload, paste, or load through a URL.
Intellectual property
The ColorUI name, design, and source code (where not open-source licensed) are the property of ColorUI. Color values, palettes, and standard color formats (HEX, RGB, HSL, OKLCH, LAB) are not owned by anyone.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. Color accuracy depends on your monitor, browser, and operating system color profile. WCAG and APCA contrast scores are calculated according to the latest published algorithms but should be verified against your real-world content before shipping production designs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ColorUI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
