Where do my camera frames go?

Nowhere — frames stay in your browser. The picker reads pixels from the local element via a hidden ; nothing is uploaded.

Why is "Pick from screen" disabled?

It uses the EyeDropper API which currently ships in Chrome 95+, Edge and Opera. Safari and Firefox have not implemented it yet — the camera mode works everywhere.
